Build manager GitLab

Following the project rebrand to Nura, gitlab will be moved to gitlab.nura.eco on 2026-10-29, 17:00 UTC. We also plan to rename the main org to Nura afterwards. GitLab itself will be disrupted for some time, and related infrastructure such as the build manager be disrupted while we make necessary adjustments.
